We offer a 30-day return window for all non-living home decor items. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that live plants are non-returnable but are covered by our freshness guarantee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our home fragrance and decor collections worldwide. However, due to agricultural regulations, our live plant collections are only available for shipping within the continental United States.

What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit as part of our 'Green Thumb Guarantee'.
